Editorial

Our editorial work follows clear standards: sourcing, updates, separation of information from any recommendations and no scare tactics.

How content is created

Content is developed from published, verifiable sources: official texts on regulation, established standards, reports from recognised bodies and our own subject context. We avoid invented figures, exaggerated threat narratives and pure marketing claims.

What we prioritise

We focus on topics with lasting value: fundamentals, detection and response, incident response, EU regulation such as NIS2 and DORA, learning and career paths, and practical guidance for businesses and SMEs. Day-by-day headline coverage is not the format here.

Source handling

Where possible, terms and statements are aligned with official texts and established standards. Where uncertainty remains, the text says so.

Regulatory topics

Regulatory content is described in general, non-binding terms. The site does not replace legal advice. Concrete obligations follow from the original texts, their national implementation and individual review.

Update logic

Articles carry a visible update date. Significant changes are flagged in the text. Content is reviewed when relevant developments make it appropriate.

Corrections

Notes on errors or unclear passages go to the address on the Contact page. Substantial corrections are made transparent.

Transparency on partner links

If partner or affiliate links are used in the future, they will be labelled as such. They do not influence editorial judgement.
